Defining Brand identity and integration of the new Omnichannel membership program Coach Insider across retail and outlet channels — intending to drive customer engagement.
Goals
Leveraging engaging creativity to encourage customers to sign up to become members while creating a differentiated look and feel for the Retail and Outlet experience, and incorporating icon sets to communicate different rewards in the program. Insiders deserve the best of Coach: early access, exclusive product drops, behind-the-scenes content, special offers, gifts, and more. Design and Animation of all COACH INSIDER membership program branding, digital and creative marketing assets, and in-store marketing/collateral.
