Coach Journey City Guides

Conceptualized and executed the brand identity for COACH JOURNEY, a global training platform that enables a unique approach to onboarding for store teams — resulting in improved employee satisfaction, and enhanced team cohesion.

 

Goals

The goal was to create an inspiring and emotionally compelling personal journey that empowers associates to ‘own their own journey’ while raising the bar and driving accountability at every level - from pre-boarding/ day one to specialist. I decided to use New York and other cities as the base for the various development stages. Design and Animation of all COACH JOURNEY branding, digital and creative marketing assets, and in-store marketing/collateral. In addition, I created printed booklets for each destination in your Journey.

In addition to the digital platform, we provided each new hire with a series of New York City guides. Each booklet is dedicated to a certain neighborhood - each neighborhood is dedicated to a certain ‘theme’ (the brand, fundamentals, leather, hosting, etc.) to align with the digital experience. In addition to the training, the booklets give the employees the ability to take notes and learn more about the actual neighborhoods through playful illustrations of the most important areas and things to do in the city.
